Fio2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the fio2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out here.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fio2 platform available at fio2.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The fio2 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the regulations applicable in your region.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the fio2 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep that information updated whenever changes occur.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Users found to have multiple accounts — whether in their own name or using another person's details — may be subject to immediate action, including closure of all associated accounts and freezing of any balances held within them, without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. fio2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately by email at [email protected].
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using another person's account without valid authorisation
- Registering using a false identity or misleading information
- Engaging in any conduct intended to defraud the platform or other users
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the system or games
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the fio2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the official currency. fio2 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, deposits may take up to a few hours to be processed. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, which may be required before funds are released. fio2 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure the security and validity of each transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
Fio2 is not liable for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers during the deposit or withdrawal process. Users are encouraged to review the terms and fees of their respective payment providers before initiating a transaction.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The fio2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, fio2 and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system delays, or errors in the display of odds and game results.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Fio2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms, or has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In cases of suspension or closure due to a violation, account funds may be frozen while an investigation is conducted, and fio2's decision is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fio2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of fio2 or its licensed owners and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and relevant international agreements. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from fio2.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The fio2 platform may display links to or integrate with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and live sports content providers. fio2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's own terms.
Changes to Terms
Fio2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to the use of the fio2 platform.
